Program Manager (W2 only)

Program Manager Must be capable of obtaining a DHS ICE Public Trust clearanceIdeally, candidates would possess a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance or a DHS public trust from another component other than ICE R equires ship Salary dependent on relevant experience Remote, but preferred if candidates reside in DC/MD/VA area.The Program Manager (PM) shall have overall responsibility of the BPA and Call Order activities , to include but not limited to; planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and reporting status, deliverables, and schedules to the GovernmentThe PM will factor in all inputs to derive a recommended approach based on factors including prioritization and subject matter expertise, technical and business information, risk management, and industry best practices The Program Manager is expected to be an expert in the following topics:
L eading multiple teams consisting of technical leads, and business analysts to execute tasks with independent release schedules Agile Software Development environment, including methodologies related to software lifecycle management C ontract management, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel Required Skills/
Experience:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields Currently possess a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance is a major plus; or at least capable of obtaining a DHS ICE Public Trust clearance Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment leading major systems development and integration efforts across a mixed platform:
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience working in a US Government environmentPreferred experience of five (5) or more years in a Federal Law Enforcement environment Project Management experience in an Agile Software Development environment, including methodologies related to software lifecycle management, DevSecOps environments and highly integrated / multiple environment solutioning Experience with Microsoft Project Experience managing multiple teams and their associated releases and helps evolve the Agile framework adoption Experience delivery products using Automated and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery best practices Experience identifying obstacles and deviations from plan and taking corrective action Experience with contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel Experience with effectively collaborating with internal federal agency personnel and external agency personnel Experience with effectively collaborating with other vendor/contractor staff/team including both internal and external DHS ICE U RGENT! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
