SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Client Service Specialist oversees client service for large, sophisticated national and multinational clients. This position provides strategic relationship management and consultative services to the client, working closely with the entire account team to coordinate effective and efficient products and services to our clients. Understanding the client's needs to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships is essential in this position. The position requires the ability to set and oversee marketing and service strategies; manage information flow between Willis, clients and carriers; manage proposal and binding process; ensure team meets all deliverables and compliance standards during marketing process and throughout the service period; effectively negotiate broker compensation. The ability to promote teamwork and manage client expectations a must.
QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT :
Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing Property & Casualty accounts within insurance brokerage required.
BA/BS degree in related field of studies a plus.
Related professional designations preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Requires the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently, problem solve and provide expert advice and consultation on risk management issues in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness and ability to be hands on as needed to insure the team's success preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel a must.
Must be a US Citizen
Insurance licenses as required by state law.
Ability to travel.
