In this prestigious role, you will be responsible for accounts payables and receivables, bank and general ledger reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end close duties, management reporting and various company records. Prepare budgets and monthly reporting. Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Record general ledger activity. Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and record keeping standards. Coordinate cash activity, preparation of check runs, initiation of wire transfers, reconcile of monthly bank statements. Work with the outside Tax Accountants to provide all the information they need to prepare tax reporting. Bi-weekly payroll processing through third party company. Receive, file and verify payment of insurance premiums. Setup and maintain all company records in orderly electronic filing system. Benefits and human resource coordination through third party company. Provide company data to legal counsel as requested.
Requirements
5
years of accounting experience. Experience in full general ledger management, month/year end financial statement preparation. Proficient in QuickBooks accounting system, MS Excel, Word, MS Outlook and payroll processing. Ability to research and extract accounting data to resolve accounting inquiries and issues as they arise.
Education
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
