Looking for a dedicated manager with a great personality for constant interaction with Team Members and Guests.
This is a training location, so the manager we seek would be reporting to the company training director regularly, and maintaining all training documents and files for corporate and franchise trainees.
Must be very organized, upbeat, and professional, and have the ability to assist in new store openings, as well.
Need to be able to maintain consistency in store standards, as well as coordinating training schedules and materials, and tracking progress of every trainee.
Strong applicants should aspire to grow with the company, and they will be in a good position to do so as the spotlight is often on this location.
Best candidates come from a background in similar concepts, but we will also look at Fast Food managers who are looking for a better opportunity - especially if they have worked in a similar training capacity in the past.
Full-service managers who seek an improved quality of life and are very strong with training departments are also welcomed.
Salary is $35-$45K, plus benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
